EDUCATION ENRICHMENT FOUNDATION RECEIVES CONTRIBUTION FROM COUNTYBANK FOUNDATION

Greenwood, SC - Countybank continues to give strong support to the Greenwood community by contributing to the Education Enrichment Foundation through the Countybank Foundation.

"Contributions enable the Foundation to support and promote enrichment for excellence in education for Greenwood County public schools", said Sandra Hawkins, Executive Director for the Education Enrichment Foundation. "The Board of Directors would like to express their appreciation to Countybank and all individuals, companies, organizations and Foundations that have financially supported our efforts this year."

The Education Enrichment Foundation is an organization that upholds and improves the quality of public education in Greenwood, Ware Shoals, and Ninety Six school districts. The support of the community's contributions enables public schools to increase goal achievement using programs not fundable through school budgets. In the Spotlight, The Great Idea Grants program, The Academic Challenge Bowl, and the Artist in the Residency are a few of the programs sponsored by the Foundation.
